As part of my own continuous personal development, I am currently undertaking a Teachers training in Mindfulness.
People, young and old are experiencing more anxiety and depression and with mindfulness practice I can teach individuals from pre-school age to adults’ skills to reduce stress, become more self-compassionate and live in the present moment. I will achieve this by offering mindfulness skills on a one-to-one basis, via workshops, summer camps, engagement with pre-school, educational settings and workplace environments.
As a coach I commit to incorporating mindfulness practice into client/coaching sessions so that my clients can break away from the noise in their head and fully immerse themselves in unlocking their beliefs, habits, and values. More to follow soon!
